I see no reason for the high end to be any higher than 2. (mayb 2.1~ to compensate for link 2)
As for the low end, it should be an offer the hat gets frequently, which is probably around 1.6~ (although i haven't looked at all the offers, so im not sure)
Because the range should revolve around the average price... which is 2.
Also beams mongol is 1.6 buds average, + 16 keys = an offer of 2.3, about.
Stormy Drill (also in that trade) is 2.1-2.7 = 2.4.

the low end symbolizes what the hat gets offered fairly often--AKA what is easy to get.
And the high end symbolizes what the hat can get with a little patience. (which in this case is 2)
