Since when did Blizzard become cancer? Last I checked it was still a mid to low-mid tier effect.

Well it's not cancer, but it's a low tier effect that many people dislike.

Yeah, I called blizzard cancer, it totally voids all my proof.

I never said it voided anything. But people will notice the discrepancy in your statements and may vote against this suggestion because of that.

So if this gets 100 downvotes, but the proof is clear, will the admins close this?

Admins will research a price after the community votes and see if the proof supports the votes. They even pass things that end up with negative votes. Take the recent key votes for example. So if your proof is clear, it will be accepted whether or not the "vote" succeeds. So no worries there.

I could not agree more, the hat and it's effect are both highly underrated.
