Not in his backpack anymore. No confirmation on what it's been sold for.
Weeding out the lowballs trying to buy at quicksell price, all other offers are well in the current range and the only one sold is in current range as well. Quite a decline in price in your suggestion and smaller range, they're not suppose to crash like that. In fact, this price suggestion is even less than the previously rejected one.
But prices here are based in pure. ;)
Prices based on pure just takes that much longer to update. Seeing as the majority of offers on unusuals are in other unusuals, I'm not surprised the pricelist for unusuals is so out of date.
Have you ever heard of an unusual overpay?
I have. They sometimes happen. Also, I saw that he did close it himself.
Most people expect an unusual overpay, which is why prices are based on unusual overpays.
And what i meant when i said unusuals are also looked at as pure....
Take 90% of the middle value of an unusual, and you have the pure equivalent.
I know that.... That's why it's weird that people are telling me pure is only considered for pricing here. -_____-
Because they aren't being very clear and or are just stupid.
Prices are based on pure offers, so when an unusual offer is made you just have to factor in an unusual overpay (and 90% of the average price tends to be pretty accurate).
Well sorry for any misunderstandings.^^
wrong, wrong, and wrong.
First of all, weeding out all the lowballs gets rid of all the offers below 1.3-1.4 buds. You can't call 1.3-1.4 a lowball considering the shear number of offers near it.
Secondly, this price hasn't been updated in 3 months, so its no question going to drop, its not like its being updated regularly.
Thirdly, ALL prices here are based on pure, as they should be considering most people want/expect and unusual overpay.

Rejected a week ago.
Not saying it shouldn't drop, just not seeing valid evidence especially for your suggested range.
Also, you can see my offer in one of the links. Paying in pure cuz pure has buying power.
Prices, based only on pure is just wrong because unusuals don't usually sell for pure. Usually, it's on a hat for hat/hats basis. It takes forever to get decent pure offers on unusuals and so that's probably why this pricelist takes forever to update them.
1) That links proves nothing.
2) No, it takes forever to update hats because its a lot of work.....there are close to 200 different hats than can be unusual, each hat has 31 effects. Have fun keeping 6000~ hats up to date. (especially when there are only 10~ people who actually do a large enough volume to matter).
That link proves that an even higher suggestion than yours has been rejected only a week ago. Food for thought...
I don't need an explanation on how many combinations of unsuals there can be, I just need an explanation as to why not use unusual offers for pricing seeing as most unusuals are commonly traded for such. XD
It wasn't rejected, he closed it himself (with decent votes btw).
It was closed by the poster because the proof didn't support the loe end.
you clearly do...considering you were blaming the fact that bp.tf doesnt keep all unusuals up-to-date on the fact that prices are based on pure. (also, unusual offers are looked at as pure, they just arent taken at 100% of their value).
Unusuals aren't pure... But yeah, I c that he did close, my bad. Also, you should know votes don't mean much here. But either way, if this does get accepted, I'll be snagging one for myself soon then, cuz this hat and effect go very well together. ;D
hmm i think its easy to say upvote, im just wondering out of curiosity, how many existed when that guy jester last suggested that price for them. because obviously there are a lot of these unusual pyromancer's masks and its been already 3 months since the last change so its a fair price for them. im gonna keep my eye on that last link.
i'd guess around 20~
