Your fourth offerer's bp doesn't even have a bud let alone a searing plasma surgeon's stahlhelm (not vivid plasma as you have said).
it's probably an alt account because when you go to his friends list, one of his friends has the searing plasma surgeins http://steamcommunity.com/id/Needlepipe/inventory/
Do you know for sure that it's an alt rather than a fake offer? Conjecture doesn't make great proof.
Guess what? Just got offered $125 PayPal!
It was a searing offer, and if you added....
Downvote. The offer could be moved from 2.1-3 I guess, but no proof of anything above 3, the unusual overpay brings the PE to ~3. Resubmit this once you've sold your hat or find more proof.
3-3.8 is an over price. Down vote for me
Just got offered $125 PayPal. I recommend that you change your vote.
Then make this suggestion again once the paypal goes through. It's not proof until it's actually traded.
But it's an offer that shows that people are willing to spend that much on the hat. Offers are used as evidence all the time, you'd have to be a fool to think that an offer has to be accepted to be used as evidence.
Very well point taken, but I'm typically very, very suspicious of money offers that don't give a source op rep thread or reference that they have one. Looking at his bp he seems to have the financial means to afford the paypal offer. Just don't come back in a month whining that he did a chargeback. Generally I don't consider any paypal offer without a rep thread to be 100% reliable.
