So far, I couldn't find anyone setting a b/o of 1.33 ref as there aren't many ppl selling this on outpost. However, since there was an offer of 1.33 being accepted, therefore a range of 1.33-1.66 is possible. No one sells this for 1.33 ref and below anymore.

            Eh, I need to be nicer. I got flagged and yelled at by a mod or admin for calling someone out on a shit suggestion. From now on I think I just won't say anything if the suggestion is bad, just try to be polite if I say anything. But I can be nice when I see good suggestions or funny things like this ^_^

        Actually, there's only 3671 uncraftables and only a few are being sold by traders in outpost, so like you said, they're not really in huge demand, the price just need a slight update. I'm not sure about whether the craftable ones are high on demand but I was just trying to make it rhyme :(
