Suggestion: Fancy Dress Uniform at 4–4.33 ref

First of all, its hard to find ppl selling at 3.66 (I found one, quickly bought it off him, still have 2 in stock). Most ppl are selling them for 4 ref and above. Some even get sold at 4.66 ref and even 5 ref. However, due to the fact that many still remained unsold at 4.33, I suggest the high end to remain at 4.33 unless all those selling at this price gets sold.

Note: there is one in the classifieds that has a price tag of 3.66 ref. I checked his backpack and he does not have it anymore.

Now I didn't specify that it's impossible to buy at 3.66 because if you put a trade up wanting to buy one at that price, you will eventually get someone to sell it to you. However, the point here being that ppl on outpost are selling at 4 ref and so far, I found only one guy (where I bought my FDU from) selling it for 3.66. Please note that he had quite a number of it. (most probably bought all of those for quick-sale price and reselling it). Other than that, so far, I haven't been able to find anyone else selling for 3.66 ref.

welll your suggestion is still with in range of the last suggestion. If its still possible to buy at 3.66, then wouldn't tht be more accurate?

Take this example, a few weeks ago when the price of sharp dresser was at 2-2.33, many ppl posted on outpost wanting to buy them at 1.66 each and succeeded in getting the dressers. But the price of sharp dresser remains at 2-2.33 because 1.66 was considered a quick-sale price. Same goes to the FDU, it is not impossible to get it at 3.66 because if you asked for it, surely someone will sell it to u at that price (not sure how long you'll have to wait). But like I said, apart from one that I mentioned earlier, look into outpost (active trades, not inactive ones) and find how many ppl are selling them for 3.66 ref. which is also the reason why I suggested 4 ref as the low end.

Fair enough, why don't you open a price suggestion with a low end of 3 ref? Anyone can suggest their price if they think this is not right.

You're quite ignorant and I bet you didn't read the proof properly. In the proof, I mentioned that there is one for 3.66 ref in the classifieds. Checked his backpack and it wasn't there anymore. Read first before commenting that it took you 10 seconds or whatever.
