Thanks for reading
The range for this is 9 - 10 keys. To prove that the price has changed, you need to show 'unbought buyers' for 9 keys i.e. you have to prove that these do NOT sell for 9 keys.
There are plently of evidence of lower ballers, but not many ppl offer exactly 9 keys.
I will highlight one for you then.

-some 9 keys offer failed
More evidence of 10 key+

-Some guys offer BMOC for Lugger, but he was too late.
-Some other 10 keys + value offers are found there as well

-another 10 keys offer
This might be right, all things considered (had a quick look through OP). Remember that proving that one end of a range is correct doesn't necessarily mean the other is incorrect.
there's a 10 key suggestion closed 4 days ago? also, i bought mine 4 days ago for 8 keys + 1,66 refined? sorry but i'll go with current range
I am shocked that you brought it that cheap. Maybe a quick sellers?
Any record evidence?
I got a couple of quick buyers for my proof that show people willing to even pay more than 11 keys. One or two 9 key - deal don't prove much.
If you can find like couple normal completed deals with 9 keys or less within the last couple days, then you got a case.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7770127 this is my trade, if you want i can take a screenshot of trade history as well.
did you check last suggestion and arguments against it? (now that i recheck it, i see it was my counter-arguments as well :D )
Well, there are some evidence that Lugger are being sold for 9 key a week ago, but you got anymore evidence for this week?
no, after i bought myself one i stopped caring about it :D but these rare vintages are a slow market, you can't expect huge changes in a week (or 2 weeks, for that matter)
I see, then you got insufficient evidence for this week.
In fact, I just got an offer for 12 keys worth in refine for my vintage Lugermorph.

I just bought this: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7886217
Also, if you look at his previous trades
for ebenezer + 4 ref in junk. Total cost to me: 5 keys + 7.33 ref.
I think, combined with counter proof provided here and on old suggestion. 9 keys and below is still possible.
The guy added me back and paid me an addition 2 keys for his luger back... ... ... ... ... ... .. . . . . . .
eh' free keys :\
10 keys is in the price range already, + 9 keys is still possible.
The votes are pretty back and forth on this one. From what I can see, the current range is reasonably accurate: sellers who wait a bit can get 10 keys, but buyers who wait a bit can get 9. Anything below 9 is definitely quicksell territory, but the current range covers sellers and buyers who actually want it.
