Overally most have had offers in the 18-19 range, with most saying they will not take less than 18.

I believe some would take 17 with a bit of haggling, thus giving the lower end, but nobody seems that they would accept 15.

The higher end of 19 is based off the unusual overpays with the burning flamenco, and the offer of the V. Pin + 0.5 Buds.
