Let me make things clear. YES, I own this hat. But this hat was an absolute pain in the ass to get. Due to the the initial nine hats being retired, you can already see the price suggestions for all qualities of these hats being raised, and even if this one is not accepted, it will happen eventually.

Now to my explanation.

I focused on a blizzardy helmet because i wanted a visible effect on it. The first link shows that I offered a Strange Festive Ubersaw (6-7 keys), Strange Festive Axetinguisher (6-7 keys), Strange Festive Ambassador (7-8 keys), Strange Festive Frontier Justice (5-6 keys), Genuine Point and Shoot (2-2.5 keys), and Strange Mantreads. Due to his low interest in the festives he declined the offer, totaling around 33 keys, and additionally stated that he needed 5 more keys before agreeing on the trade..

The second link shows he changed his price to 1 bud 5 keys.

The third link was a buyout for 1.66 buds, and initially I offered the same offer I did with the first. When he asked for more in trade, i did so, swapping the mantreads out with a Strange Widowmaker (4 keys) and a Strange Festive Holy Mackerel (7-8 keys), for a grand total of 1.5 buds.

Keep in mind that all prices i listed for the items are according to this site, as I have done with my previous suggestions. If you want to downvote me because i am listing it over a tier that it normally would not, keep in mind all of these hats will share a similar price bump eventually.
