Link 1 is considering a Black Bill's and a #40 crate (~17). Has a B/O of 24 keys but hasn't moved it for a month.

Link 2 has a B/O of 22 keys. While I don't weight B/Os heavily, this is 2 keys less than the current range.

Link 3 had a B/O of 19 keys. However, it looks as if it was sold for a BMOC.

Link 4 had a B/O of 18 keys.

TL;DR: The recent trades that sold had B/Os lower than the current high value, and sold for that B/O or less.
