upvote. this is a god tier effect on a god tier hat.

Link1: The best offer is ~20 in unusuals and is 2-3 months old. Not a single offer in the last month beside 1 troll offer.

Took forever to reach the 20 buds mark (even in unusuals), I would prefer 18-20 instead.~

It's much better than the current price and 1.6 buds isn't too much of a deviation on a hat worth 20.
