Firstly, try to expand beyond outpost. If you don't find success in that, go for a different item.
Next, try using uhatsearch. Prices are determined by sales. You can't stay inside outpost alone, and just because there is only one there that's unsold, doesn't justify the price.
Next... 1.5 buds is only an offer. I can offer a scrap for earbuds, but that doesn't mean they're worth that. Aside from that, the b/o is within the current range.
Sorry, but I have to downvote.
And not to say that the 1.5 offer isn't important, just saying that you can't go by that and that one offer alone, and people will always offer lower than actual value on items. Hence the example of 1 scrap for a bud.
Great, I can find people that own the hat.... but I can't find evidence of sales from that. Just taking the first 4 people on the list; Their hats have been in their backpacks for at least a couple of months, according to backpack.tf.
Seems like a rather difficult hat to pricecheck. Best leave it be imo.

I know, I know, but then I don't see why a one month old price is relevant.
the current price is 7 months old, so anything newer is relevant.
Also, since unusuals generally take some time to sell, 1 month old isn't too unreasonable (on stable hats/effects).
