(Plenty buying for .66-.88)
There are some outliers at .66 and 1.33, but those are normal.
idk about you dude, but when I put this with a name tag that worth 1.33 ref, I can sell them as a set for 1 key each very very easily.
Also, my trade( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7507117) has been up for 2 weeks+ and I bought about 1 to 2 desc tag
The desc+name tag for 1 key set has been going on forever and people only buy them for convenience.
which mean they can just spent 1.33 ref for a name tag and they can literally add a ref to the value of either tag
It means that people pay for convenience.
Why is it that so many people on this site think its necessary to make suggestions for the tiniest price changes?
I know you people want quick and easy rep but ffs, a 1 scrap range isn't going to harm anyone.
I'm sorry you dislike accuracy.
If you wanted to be accurate your range would be 0.66-1.33, that would cover all the possibilities you've found would it not?
Nope. The range would be too wide. You don't want a 33% margin of error on both sides of the mid point.
If they reliably sold a large quantity at .66 and 1.33, sure. But they are outliers that rarely happen.
In order to justify this suggestion, you would need to prove that 1.11 ref sales are only coming from outliers as well. You have not done that. The current price is fine, all I see is a desperate attempt for easy rep.
I've tried my best to find somebody buying it for 1.11 with 0 luck. You try to find somebody paying that.
I'd rather not waste my time honestly, I've more or less given up on the legitimacy of this site for reasons such as these (many people are so rep hungry they don't care about the true accuracy of their suggestions or the repercussions it has on the market). But if buyers @ 1.33 ref exist (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7751495) then what makes you think buyers @ 1.11 ref don't? Not being able to find proof of it is unfortunate sure, but that doesn't mean its not happening. Like you said, "people pay for convenience"; theres always going to be buyers out there willing to throw an extra scrap or two in just to get what they want now. Especially if all the cheaper sellers are offline.
Why do you keep talking about rep? I did this suggestion because I already did all of the research to disprove the other suggestion.
I keep talking about rep because thats why you made this suggestion, to gain easy rep on this site. You didn't do it because the current price was inaccurate and needed to be updated. A 1 scrap change on an item like this is pointless.
But I digress, keep doing your thing and hopefully the admins will keep siding with you. :)
These sell easily for 1.33
There seems to be somewhat of a shortage of these along side name tags.
I don't think 1.00 flat is best
"These sell easily for 1.33 "
"They sell fast at 1.33 also."
Erm, wat? :P
