Mid-tier Engy hat and mid-tier effect.

Its a very nice hat on Engy.

I got offered a Bubbling Dapper's Worth 1-1.3 buds. Plus 0.5 Buds worth of sweets.

Did not take it as the sweets are just ones that are too hard to sell.

The price is 6 months old, and blizz has been dropping hard for months now. So the current price could definitely be too high.
