Think I should put up 16 keys flat for this? Several offers of 16 keys makes me think it does need a bump.

When outpost comes back up, it's worth a shot.

Using bazaar actually felt nice, not as many highballers and lowballers...I don't want to go back...

Think how hard it is for me. I spend heaps of time doing stuff on here because German school finishes at 1pm o.0, but I can't trade anything. So much opportunity to make profit -.-

I spend all of my classes, lunch, and spare on here, but the school network blocks steam so I can't trade here anyway.
