The first link shows that one of the hidden offers is a 1 bud pure offer offer on it. Another hidden offer is of 1 bud 2 keys, or 28-29 keys. This got my attention, and I checked the second outpost link to check the validity of the offers.
The second link advertises that one was sold for 26 keys, 2 ref, an a craft hat. In case you still have any doubts of the validity of the sale, that is where links 3 and 4 come in. Link 3 shows the hat in the backpack of the seller, and link 4 shows the items mentioned in the transaction in his backpack The 3rd link was from the 13th, the 4th link was on the 14th.
In addition, this hat has not been updated for 4 months, and these 2 hats were put on Outpost 4 days ago. So the price is outdated.
