Its a low tier copper top with low effect. ALOT of good hats can be had at that price, even my ten gallon. If by fluke that sold for a bud, it isnt the standard price. I know your worried about your precious stats BUT 2 black bills would net one. Any regular trader knows this to be true. Copper dont got enough demand and the effect isnt especially fitting AND its a heavy unusual. Notoriously harder to sell. Similar tier logo at 17keys. It isnt worth a searing copper

Considering the guy who priced it 3 months ago used another effect to base the price on I'd say it's more valid than that.
The in the link sold for 27 keys, sure, but it is also level 100, which might be slightly confounding. One must also consider that though it is 1 of 3, it is also a low demand hat. This is a tough call, but I think given its current standing it deserves a bump.
