As you can see theres a huge differende beetween 17 keys and 1,7 buds. The ones who really want to buy this limited hat, make serious offers.

I think the 28-34 keys range is fine for this hat.

I'd also like to point out that in the last link someone asked "What are you looking for in promos on the fro" implying they were looking to offer at least a bud, or possibly multiple bills. I'd say this price is pretty fair, but maybe 1-1.3 would be better.
