One of those links got offered an o. fire tavish + sweets (~1.4-1.6+ sweets), another got 1 bud, 1 w. bills, and 2key which he accepted and was presumably retracted. I think offers greater than 1.3 might be rare but they seem to have a nonzero chance of happening... although on the flip side the other two links were looking for 30 keys, and 1 bud + an unspecifed amount of keys. Slightly conflicting.
