http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/6204602 (My trade) Sold for 18 keys, but took two months and had a full tag set + paint. Many many many offers below and within current range: pure offers ranged from 12-17 keys (variable timeframes). I paid 14 keys + 2 ref for it (while ago), at which point it had paint but no tags.
Given all the offers, it's obvious that buyers want to pay 12 but that's too low. Setting a buyout of 15 would prolly sell reasonably fast, and 17 is still doable. Anything 14 or lower is likely a quicksell, anything above 17 will take an eternity.
Couldn't find any concrete evidence to change it, so here we are.
Why would you keep such a bad unusual for that long...
