      Yes, I have confirmed outpost doesn't search for sold ones. I saw a sold Texas Ten Gallon at 2 ref, went to investigate, and didn't see the trade which was still open and bumped about a minute before.

        In some cases also the ownership doesnt change if traded. Sometimes instantly sometimes not at all.

                  Find ones in people's backpacks, look at the item histories, find the user's trades, and find the item. It's what I do. May take some patience, but it works.

            There is no reason for it to fall to .66, i had a dirty one sold it for .66 easily. The price or .66-1 is very fair and should stay that way

              People are offering 0.66ref for it some getting accepted, some rejected. 1ref sale are still possible. Thus the range reflects the accurate price.
