There's a buyout of 20 keys for a white one, the range doesn't need to extend to 22. Proof below, just altering the high end to represent that.

Conclusion: There isn't really much point leaving it at 22 when the offers aren't there to justify it. Very easy to get below 22 keys.

Hmm, I don't think duping really impacts prices for bottom tier unusuals...there are so many of them anyway. Personally, I wouldn't sell it for less if it was duped.
