1st link (5 days ago): Someone offering 14 keys for handyman -Hidden offer
2nd link (2 days ago): Offering 14 keys for it.-Hidden offer
3rd link (1 week ago + didn't bump it since that time): only offer is a steaming gymm rat (13-16 keys) + some sweets.
conclusion:
Looks like buyers are willing to pay 14 keys and a little more for this hat with this effect, but I doubt that some1 will pay 19 keys for it, at least not now.
link 1 hid an offer of 15 pure as of 3 hours ago but it seems like this guys a slow seller. Link 2 has an offer of 16 pure, not responded to yet. In short the fact that you haven't shown proof of sale at 14 makes me want leave the range at where it was. The fact that a couple people have offered it and been shot down, plus the fact that several have offered more suggests the low end should be a bit higher. Also you missed this trade [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7772136[/url] has an offer of 15 pure.
that was 3 hours ago, in which I made this sugestion like 10 hours ago. And I didn't miss that link, I just didn't put it because no1 was offering anything for the handle. Besides all of the links I put,there's same person offering 15 keys for handle. And 15 keys is between my range. Besides, I take examples from different buyers, not the same one. Not trying to be rude btw,
Nah I got you, my point was mostly that buyers don't seem to be taking 14 keys, so why should it be the low end?
I think sellers don't want to take 14 keys since they expect a little more, but it is the low end cause I've seen many buyers offering 14 keys for it. and like you stated, there's only 1 guy offering 15 keys for it, but that's not enough proof to put 15 keys as minimum.
I see what you're saying but if sales never happen at 14 then 14 shouldn't be the low end. btw links 1 and 2 now have offers of 17 pure (from the same guy). EXAX rejected the offer w/o comment, but that dude sells crazy slow, so it might not be worth noting.
We have to get more proof first to see if sales doesn't happen at 14, but there's none for now. If I find some sellers selling it for 15 or 16 keys and buyer agrees, then I'll be happy to change the price. But for now, 14 keys is the minimum I can put.
17 keys has been shot down on both trades now, and I say it's your burden to prove that sales *do* happen at 14 keys otherwise there's no sense changing the price.
hey no hard feelings. If my suggestion isn't accepted, I'll make another 1 and change the value of it :).
Btw, I really want this item, fast. It's why I'm offering more than the minimum.

Sorry Nechy, but for some odd reason I can't reply to you. And if you really want it, why don't you try buying 1? 15 keys for that hat instead of offering? cause I've seen you didn't have any success.
