Clearly this cant get as high of a selling price when half the market is "quickselling"

I'll note that link 2 had a buyout of 6 keys just yesterday, that's why there was the comment about 'having 6 keys but I don't know...'. Not even an offer, really. B/O has been recently removed it seems.
Been keeping an eye on the crests since all store purchased ones are now craftable. I was personally going to wait until either there were more on the market or the 6 key ones had been around for a bit longer.
