Yes, there are many people trying to sell for .77 and .88 and even 1 refined. However, sales this high just aren't happening, and there exists a large number of people selling them for just 2 rec. And people still aren't snapping them up.

TL;DR lots of people sell for 2 rec and while there isn't too much buying and selling of this item, it's the lowest people will sell for. Nobody will pay .77 or .88 if there's not even any sales at .66. This is why the price should be narrowed down to only .66 .
