Sure their b/o is around that price, but i don't see any offers that go around that range. 1st and 2nd link show very little intrest and offers

No, I have no interest in buying the hat anymore. I wanted to buy it because 1) Misty skull is my favorite effect and 2) I actually like the birdcage.
I made 3 suggestions (all of them on new h'ween effects) because nearly all of the h'ween effects haven't had a bp.tf price on them, even though all have sufficient proof to provide a price.
For example the other suggestions I made include: flaming lantern cage, stormy 13th conq (which I either owned or wanted to buy at one point, therefore have some kind of knowledge as to suggest a price to them).
To add on to this, in the next day or two I plan on selling all of my promos and remaining unusuals, which would make it pretty difficult to acquire any of the hats I posted suggestions on.
