So you just pulled 4.5 out your ass.... or?....
4.5 seemed reasonable based on what the b/o's were asking for and with the mix of common highball b/o's in outpost with the even more common lowball offers
B/Os mean nothing.
If I set the B/O to a Heat Bill's hat at 1000000 buds, does that make it the price? No. What matters is how much people are willing to pay, and what I actually sell it for.
People are offering over 4 buds worth of unusuals which means that 4 buds is a reasonable price. Also, rarity and personal opinion play a part, as well as common sense. A b/o can be anything, but it has to be within reason
1. You need to account for overpay. That 4 bud unusual is now 3.6 buds.
2. The high price should be set by the highest offers and what they have sold for.
3. Rarity has no play in this. 1 purple confetti Fruit and Shoot in existence, worth ~1 bud. 6 Burning TCs in the game, all worth $3500 USD.
4. Personal opinions also mean nothing, this website records the facts, not what people think the price may be, nor do we pull out our crystal balls and predict what an item will be worth.
I said offers of OVER 4 buds in unusuals with overpay in mind. Also, after looking through seller history, there were no records of what this hat was sold at (except for one quicksell for a hat the guy really wanted that was 4 buds less than his b/o) Previous Owners' Trades:
