OKAY HERE WE GO. There are TONS of these on the market. Most are asking for offers, but the lowest set price I've seen is 1 scrap.
The ones asking for offers for the most part have none, mainly because they are still freshly retired and nobody knows what they should pay for them.
There is one guy going around on almost every trade offering a wep, and some others offering a wep as well. However, most people reject these 1 wep offers and stay firm at a scrap. 2 people have offered a scrap.
TL;DR: People don't know what to pay but offers and lowest sellers are in this range.
