    This suggestion is based around two offers.


    For the tree, there are two people looking for 1 bud + 20 keys right now and another looking for 1.5. The 1.5 fellow has been looking for 3 weeks now without success. Even if we set the tree at the second lowest buyouts, adds up to less than 2.3.


    Unclear if the steaming modest was offered on the lantern or the moon helmet. Until this is cleared up, setting this as the high range would be rather irresponsible.


    All in all, the suggested range revolves around exactly two offers. The low range one would be an extremely hard sell to get the price assigned to it, the high range one may not even be offered on this unusual.
