Alright, i agree with this price because they can be sold. One of my uncraftable friends sold a whole lot of batters for 1.66 each, I've been selling alot of them 2 ref+ each. I even sold a whole bunch of them 1 key each. It is ridicilous people actually buy these for that much, but i just follow the market. I had 19 when this retired hat hype started and now only have 9 left and sold none of them for less then 2 ref. Even though it's ridicilous, these hats can be sold for that much. Here is one of my trades as an example where someone actually offered 2 ref on one: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7926291 I see the price of the dirty batter's going up a bit more, but eventually the price of the dirty batters will in my opinion come down. But at the moment you can certainly sell them for that much. More proof can be provided if needed.
