Strange parts are what usually screws us up with the pricing. But nevertheless, your suggestion seems to be right. I can upvote for this.

Well I've been doing some research, and I found that people ask for buds for no-strange part and with strange parts it goes to up 1 bud and 5 keys. I don't see why you're trying to down its price when I see no trades asking for less than a bud or at least 26 keys. Even if this suggestion is accepted, the price will not change. They will still ask for buds.
