Most of your links are over 2 weeks old, the first link was a quicksell, the dreadknot + keys were offered for mine which is about 17 keys (didn't want the hat). I would say you can rarely get these for 15 but you can sell them for also sell them for 17.
2 weeks to a month old is still a very relevant period of time. Barring an update that might make a certain unusual/effect more immediately desirable or undesirable, unusual prices don't change significantly over the course of a single month.
That said, this price is sitll generally accurate- median price is changing by less than a key in spite of what current range currently claims- and last price change was 6 months ago. Combined with positive votes, I'm going to put this through.
