Well it could be. The history of the big kill may not be tracked because it was sold instantly for 14 keys to a friend of him that offered 2+ sweets on the beret as well. But I found more proof below so this isn't necessary anyways.

There is absolutely no proof anywhere on this hat, It is not on bazaar, it isn't even on trading post. The point of backpack.tf as I understand it, from reading comments after misunderstanding the point of this website, is to record what people are buying and selling a hat at. So considering the supply for this hat is so low we can really only go by what people are offering, which as the op pointed out is 2-2.5 buds.

If I felt right downvoting this because you cannot read a post where someone is defending your decision, I would downvote you.

i know that you have offers of 2 buds, but that is also the current range of this hat but if you can sell this or find someone who sold this at 2.5 it would be an upvote for me

If you can find the sale that woifi talked about in his post (2 + big kill) I'd upvote 2.5, but right now, I'd wait until you sell this so what we can see what a higher end sale would look like. otherwise see if you can find some old trades with this hat for better proof. I personally only see this getting as high as 2.3, but that's my own opinion on the range.

I was actually about to suggest this myself earlier today, just wasn't sure whether to put the high range at 2.3 (The 44 keys + S.F. Flamethrower offer) or 2.5 (a little speculative that it can push further, given offers reached 2.3 without too much trouble). It's clear 2 buds should be the low range from the provided trade, regardless.

The other 2 links by commenters show it being sold for 2.5,wolfi was nice enough to dig some up for me
