The last suggestions low end is inaccurate from the offers I'm seeing, although the high end is still accurate if the paint value is removed from the hats in question that I'm linking as evidence.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7632502 has offers of 20 keys, but doesn't have keys to trade for them.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8002619 a post saying "added" and a 22 key offer, mint paint

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8062981 didn't accept 19 pure keys+3.66 refined, closed trade but reopened a different one with the same item:

If you think this suggestion is pointless, and that the range should just stay there, if 19 keys+3.66 gets rejected as an offer, why would 19 be accurate? The paint on the hat is at a key, so 3.66 is slight overpay.

People are offering OVER 19, and there was no actual proof of a 19 key accepted offer in the last suggestion

Upvoted. Chancellor Puddinghead has a bad habit of accepting price suggestions based solely upon the ratio of positive to negative votes, regardless of how wonky the evidence provided is. In the case of yesterday's suggestion, the evidence provided was especially wonky.

Worth also pointing out your last link (which Monkey D Duffy posted on the previous suggestion) includes more than just a 24 key offer. Several unusuals were offered averaging ~1-1.3buds each and there's a 2 week old offer of one such unusual + a bill's hat.

Again, full disclosure: own 3 clean jujus but I'm never selling them. Y'all can also see in my vote history that I've upvoted price drops on expensive items I own and downvoted price rises on expensive items I own so stash the bias accusations.
