first link within a week a 2 key + 1 rec offer declined, a 2.5 key offer (recent), 2-2.5 key offer in items (G KE, fosters facade, gentlemens ushanka + 1 ref) (ignored), another 2-2.5+ key offer: 2 ref + strange ambassador + strange spy-cicle + craft hat (also ignored), second link a bit old but offered 3 keys a week ago +declined, third link bought for 9 ref a week ago, was offered clean last breath, later sold for 8 ref also recently (11 hours ago as of now), fourth link offered 2.5 keys and owner accepts this one. fifth link shows the full lacking of proof for under 2 keys, all of them are quicksells/lowballers, most of his links have offers that are declined which are more than 2 keys, it really should not have been passed. whoever disagrees, find some links selling for 1.5 keys.
Found a few links, and based on them I think these are more likely to sell above 2 keys than below that. Was very difficult to find unsold 2 key sellers.

interpretation:
first link he said he is selling for 8 ref and declined the offer of 2 keys.
second link trade does not autobump
third link no buyings
fourth link the only 2011 festive in his backpack is a scattergun, the trade has been open for a week and only one response, (and it was for scattergun)
fifth link maybe autobump and probably autobump, slightly new, but probably not that much business because the trade is not specifying just the minigun and sometimes people dont click trades because of that.
sixth link, 2 keys 1 ref was declined.
