Downvote; the only offer greater than 2.8 I see is the 3 bud offer, which was taken instantly.

Link 4 also got offered 3 buds what was his b/o. But he bought a eerie tree instead.

And of course it was taken instantly, because it was pretty much the buyout of him I guess, and therefor it's on the high end.

True, I assumed the 3 bud offers were both by the same person, but if it's 2 different guys then it adds a lot more weight.
