We don't base prices on tiers, we base them on offers and actual sales.

In your own words, your best offer is "~13 mixed" so this is way too high.

Just because your B/O is 18 doesn't mean anyone is actually willing to pay that. If you never sell it there's no point in pricing it.

Well the guy originally offered 10 in unu but he didn't realise that the belt is that expensive but he ended up offerin 13 mixed because thats all he's got plus this pricing seems about right imo.
