Conclusion: Three for sale on outpost currently, two by the same guy. No notable offers on either of the currently active trades. However, if we look at past sales, we see that there is a lot of evidence. Link two shows a guy who was looking to buy one for 8 buds, but was unsuccessful at it. Links 5, 6, and 7 show some actual sales from not too long ago, and their prices. The picture has the detailed description of what was traded (obtained from the purchaser himself), but in summary link 5 was sold for about 10 in unusuals, and link 6 sold for about 10 in mixed promos. Link 7 is the most recent sale, and the trader got 10 pure buds for the hat. Therefore, high price should definitely be 10 buds. I'll put the low price as the amount the buyer was looking for, but was unsuccessful at, so 8 buds. Wow, what a price bump... but the evidence backs it up.
