Why 24-27? because some, er..., "person" will end up paying a bud for one if it hasn't happened already. I briefly looked at the green fetti offers and it appears the offers are in this same range-ish.
Unfortunately you can't deny these offers all my cynical comments aside.

Why no 20-24?I can not find~ bud offer.
20-24 is being refused therefore is too low. I wrote why i choose this range above.
(because some, er..., "person" will end up paying a bud for one if it)-perhaps the reverse can happen some "person"sell it for 20 keys ?(we can not know about it)
well seeing how 19, 20, 23, 24 and 24 (in items) has been refused i think someone offering a bud is more likely than someone taking 20. 5 refused offers of 24 or less is a pretty compelling argument that 20-24 is not accurate, let alone the current range, but that's my $.02.
Vote however you want, i only did this PC because someone requested it and I'm not going to waste anymore time debating it. I literally don't give a crap if this passes, I'm just helping someone that has asked for help on my unusual request thread. Cheers :D

The best:~6.3 buds,but sold~5.3 buds!? I think the big difference here is not 20-24 or 24-27, I just want to say that anything is possible
