can't just trust the blue star sometimes

pretty much common sense that once supply rise, demand decrease

that's actually pretty false if you understand economics. the price will probably decrease, but even then, it's a prediction, which is not what this site is for.

I've easily sold a couple for 3 keys in the past couple days so downvote

We are meant to reflect what is happening NOW.

Not at what WILL happen tomorrow or the next day. If we subscribe to pricing according to theory (no matter how valid or correct) we will no longer be a valid price-check site. Being a blue star you know all this though ;)
