A bit more proof is needed for me to give this an up vote since there's over 20 trades for it.

Doesn't seem like these really sell at that price. Links look like a bunch of crazy highballs with huge explanations on why they are listed so high. DOWNVOTED

are these actually still usable? or do they delete if you open tf2?

Some people still apply spells on hats/miscs. But you got the follow the exact instructions for it, I dont know on top of my head
