Needs a range. 1.7 is a fairly easy offer, so that should be the low end. There are several buyouts of 2 buds and one sold a week ago. 1.7 - 2 sounds about right to me.

Most lower range offers are. The lower range is the 'easy to get' price, and the high end the highest sold price.
