Also: the Stormy Mask of the Shaman I got offered is estimated 6.4 buds here, that's 5.4 for the Trophy if I add the bud the guy wanted..Making it the highest offer on these so far.

Personally, I appreciate your effort to try and update the price, but with offers around 4.5 and higher, the suggestion is way too low.

I didn't count scammer's offer for highest price since scammers want to sell their scammed hats quickly.

And the guy who offered shaman is expecting sweets, maybe more than a bud I think.

I will edit my price suggestion if there's a solid promo offer(not the void one) that worth more than my highest price.

The guy got flagged as a scammer for running from a spycrab game. There's no "unusual laundering" going on there. It's just a spycrab runner who paid ~5 buds for a hat he wanted. Proof: http://steamrep.com/?id=76561198078927041 (check his main account).

The guy with the Shaman Mask has a b/o of 7, mine is 6 and he wants the difference, nothing else.

Lastly, my offers are already above your highest price, and the trade is up for only 3 days yet. Don't you think it's safe to say that 4.2 is too low?

Not too low. It's already higher than previous one. Let the price moderators judge it.
