Note: I scanned through all the trades involve the el jefe at outpost and found only 1 or 2 selling below 1 key/3.33 ref in some cases. One of that trade is inactive while another one is just 20 minutes ago.

With many people selling and offering at 1 key, a flat price of 1 key should be accurate as of now.

First of all, try looking for another trade selling el jefe for 3 ref in tf2tp. You'll notice that this guy is the only one selling for 3 ref (hasn't been actively bumped). Another point is that, many were sold for a key in tf2tp (check the darken out ones). Moreover, he didn't sell it on OP (which has a high volume of users), and if he did, I can confidently say that he'll sell it off quickly.

El jefe at 3 ref sells quickly, you could hardly (note: I didn't say you can't) find any available one in OP as of now.

Which is exactly why I suggested 1 key in the first place.

Because many people rejected the key offers and the others for 1 key sold immedeately I'd say that it would be worth 3.33 - 3.66 ref, of course only slightly different ffrom yours.

I have to agree that these are certainly rising in demand and can be sold at 3.66 too. But its still too early to suggest 3.66 as a higher range as most ppl are still selling them for 1 key too. Maybe later on.
