ok, nice counter proof but I bought my vacc for 1 scrap + 1 wep and I know it will drop 0.11

Well, its completely possible that i just got lucky (seems to happen a lot lately :D)

But if not, there has to be better proof. Look for people saying "added for vac" etc.

Well the real trick for this is - find proof that it is impossilbe to sell for .22 or more. .11 is already in the range
