Link one is the active trade, a B/O of 6 buds and only 2 offers, one a Steaming AA + Steaming Chapeau (~4 buds max) and the other is 30 keys (lol).

Through a little digging I found the last owner had a trade up (2nd link) asking for 7. The new owner apparently traded him a Moon Jefe (~25 buds, but duped) in return for the Elfin, an Eerie Handle (~2 buds), A Smoking Tree (~2 buds), a Blizzardy Larrikin (~1.2 buds), a Stormy 13th Prancer's Pride (~2.7 buds), an O.Fire Modest (~3.3 buds) (total about 17.2 buds), + some stuff (a #2999 medal). I can't be sure of the whole trade, I was just looking through item histories.

That 2nd part is really just filler, I wish I could've found out the complete trade.

Link 3 shows Katniss sold it about a week ago for 5 pure (trade says pure, comment says a clean Black Rose, which is basically the same).
