Considering the offers and the speed the one with 2 buds B/O sold, it looks like the hat can easily fetch around 2,1~2,2 buds and excluding the offer of the #116 medal that would be a gamble,

it reached a maximum of around 2,9 in items (unusual + bills), that would easily give around ~2,7 buds pure.

PS: Apparently the price was never set for this hat and for other effects on bonk helm, but backpack.tf does not say it's outdated.
