Very old price that needs updating. These are all trades that are getting constant updating, most over a month old. I think the B/O of 1.3 and 1.5 (two of the newer trades) are more representative of what the upper limit of the value should be. Best offer on all of these so far is 33 keys a month ago (and he was willing to take but it fell through). Seems like a range of 1.1-1.4 is reasonable, even generous, for now.
