Why is this steaming more valuble than better effects like cicling peace, tf2 logo, blizz storm, orb. fire and other. Also got offered this for my steaming hot dogger (valued 16-20 keys on backpack.tf)

Well I'm pretty sure it's higher than those effects as its somewhat themed. You know you sweating when you in a gym or something like that. As for your proof you didn't really put proof of it being sold and explain the links to us.

Not the most obvious one, but there are some people who would say this is 'themed'. Sweaty gym goer or perhaps a sauna.
