Not much to be found on Outpost, only one trade that has recent offers. Should be enough to reconfirm the price, the best offer is 18 keys. I can't find any sold, but that's what sometimes happens with Outpost. Most of the current owners have either had theirs for months or uncrated it. Not a very popular hat.

Conclusion: Really hard to find proof for, but the offers fall in the current range so a bump is fine.
